Because of the strict social-distancing strategies that we have all (hopefully) adopted recently, everyone’s “normal” routines have completely changed. We are home most of the time, our only social communication is virtual, and we have a lot of extra time on our hands. 

Making dramatic changes to your life with no preparation can have negative effects on your emotional well being. We know it takes forethought and intentional action to improve our mental health. To encourage healthy habits, we’ve come up with a fun way to add positivity to life, Quarantine Bingo. It is a bingo board full of little things you can do to have a positive effect on your life and the lives of others.
