If you love coconut oil like we do, then you want to find ways to include it in your diet. One of our favorite ways is to mix coconut oil in our tea. Place some Skinny Coconut Oil on a spoon, stir, and watch it melt right in! Add raw honey, or stevia, for a touch of sweetness.
If you aren't used to putting coconut oil into your coffee or smoothies, you might want to start with half a tablespoon of coconut oil and gradually build up to 1-1.5 tablespoons over time. If you don't like the smell of coconut oil, try using a lid or adding honey.
Adding coconut oil to tea can double the amount of antioxidants!

What Type of Coconut Oil to Use in Tea?
Unfortunately, not all coconut oils are pure. Through processes like fractionation, refining, bleaching, deodorizing, and heating many coconut oils have lost their purity and benefits. We suggest our patented, never refined, 100% raw Skinny Coconut Oil. It is the purest coconut oil on the market today and makes an awesome accompaniment to any cup of tea.
