Skinny Coconut Oil Almond Bars

Cookie Part:

  • 1/2 cup + 4 tbsp. Agave
  • 6 tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 3 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. Almond Extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 8-10 cups Coarsely ground raw almonds

To make the crave-worthy cookie portion, mix the first five ingredients. Immediately pour the wet mixture into ground almonds and mix thoroughly. Divide the mixture into two halves. Press each half into an 8 by 10 in. pre-sprayed pan, set aside.

Chocolate Part:

  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Agave
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup + 1 tbsp. Raw Skinny Coconut Oil

After you have pressed the cookie part into two individual pans, make the chocolate portion twice and pour over each cookie portion.

Freeze immediately. For best results, give this delicious treat a few hours to fully set and harden before enjoying with friends, family, or as a not-so-guilty pleasure!

If you or your friends have some great raw recipes or favorite uses, share them with us! We love hearing from our community and helping others get the best from our coconut oil!
