Now that football season and school is back, so is the urge to snack! The games on- or your favorite show- and you are craving a little something crunchy. Don’t reach for greasy potato chips or something that will ruin all of the hard work you've put into your body today. Instead, try a twist on the classic snack- apples and peanut butter!
Apples and peanut butter have been a go-to healthy snack for years, but unfortunately peanut butter is not exactly calorie-free. One tablespoon of it is actually about 95 calories, which can really add up if you are being generous with your dip! But no worries- we have an answer to your snacking needs! Try this delicious dip, great with apples, bananas, grapes, pears and really any fruit!
¾ to 1 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt

1/8 to ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Simply mix all of the ingredients in a small bowl and serve up with some sliced fruit! If you have any unused dip (unlikely as it is truly delicious) store in the refrigerator until later use.
