How To Start Using Skinny Coconut Oil

However, below is a step by step guide on how to simply start using Skinny Coconut Oil and how to build up to the recommended 1 jar a month usage that many of our health practitioners who carry and sell Skinny recommend to their patients.

Begin with eating 1/2 tsp a day for the first couple days. Skinny is naturally detoxifying, and eating too much can initially make even the most seasoned coconut oil consumer nauseous so we weigh on the side of caution for the first couple days.

After a couple days begin eating 1-2 tablespoons a day and begin incorporating oil pulling into your daily morning routine. You should really begin to notice the boost in energy and the mental clarity. 

After about a week start eating the recommended 3 tablespoons per day. Along with eating this amount and oil pulling daily you will really begin to notice a difference with your energy and appetite as your metabolism is constantly boosted by each tablespoon consumed.
