BLT's with Skinny Coconut Oil

 

one package peppercorn bacon

two, ripened tomatoes

baby spinach

sliced, provolone cheese

one sauteed, seasoned onion

light mayonnaise 

100% whole wheat bread

 

After bread is toasted, spread Skinny Coconut Oil on bread. Layer bacon, spinach, onions, tomato, cheese and mayo. 

 

Sauteed Onions Recipe

 

one white onion, chopped

two tbsp's Siracha

1/4 tsp ground mustard

sprinkle pepper

 

Before sautéing onion, add one and a half tbsp's of Skinny Coconut Oil. Allow oil to melt all over sauce pan and then add onion.
